Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our highly motivated and dynamic team based in Sofia. We want the best people on our team, so we welcome and encourage candidates with a passion and motivation to develop and shine in a fast-growing technology consultancy company.

Your responsibilities in this role:
- Responsible for all the recruitment and selection work including pre-screening, organizing and attending interviews (face-to-face and virtual), database administration, and negotiating with candidates;
- Headhunting, proactively searching for candidates through different platforms and channels
- Create strong relationships with candidates and ensure their positive recruitment experience;
- Manage employee documentation and ensure secure record-keeping
- Conduct 6-months appraisals and exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate the new joiners’ start dates and initiate the HR onboarding process;
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Contribute to organizing internal events and Employee Engagement initiatives.
What you need to be successful:
- 2+ years experience in IT Recruitment or similar role;
- Proven experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and managing job boards;
- Professional level of English;
- Strong communication skills and positive and friendly attitude;
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work independently;
- Time management, prioritization and problem-solving.
Considered as a plus:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- HR Generalist experience;
- Experience with ATS (SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors ideally)
