Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator is a key member of Guardian's Talent Acquisition team, ensuring excellence in the various recruiting processes, resulting in the hiring of top talent. The Recruitment Coordinator interfaces directly with candidates (internal and external) and key internal stakeholders to support the full recruitment lifecycle from the scheduling of interviews through the pre-hire and onboarding activities.

You have

  • Minimum of two years recruitment and onboarding support and/or HR experience.
  • Experience with the Workday Applicant Tracking System.
  • Excellent knowledge of navigating Microsoft applications: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to guide and educate key stakeholders, team members and candidates through recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering with global teams, a plus.

You will

  • Work under the direct supervision of the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations to support transactional elements related to onboarding practices and processes.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders through the coordination and scheduling of candidate interviews and through various projects.
  • Prioritize issues through effective verbal communication with recruiters, hiring managers, HR talent partners, and candidates.
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes for new hires, inclusive of background checks through our trusted vendor.
  • Manage all activity related to background checks and own the communication to vendor, candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and employment law, if applicable, related to status of clearance.
  • Ensure all new hire onboarding documentation and correlating documents are maintained during the onboarding process. Providing hiring managers with requisite new-hire process/statuses for onboarding purposes.
  • Process all new-hire paperwork including I-9 documentation, and processes in E-Verify.
  • Prepare and deliver all new-hire materials and education; creation of Employee IDs; initiation of the provisioning of the new hire's IT and workstation; facilitation of orientation.
  • Participate in various projects for stretch opportunities and to gain visibility while building credibility with stakeholders.

Reporting Relationships

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will report to our Head of Talent Acquisition, Operations who reports to our Head of Talent Acquisition.

Hybrid - Requirement to work 2-3 days/week at our Guardian location in Hudson Yards, NY

Travel

10% travel required for this position to Guardian Hubs located in Holmdel, NJ | Bethlehem, PA

Salary Range

$56,680.00 - $85,015.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
