We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to lead our recruitment sourcing, screening and interview coordination process on a 6-month contract. As a Recruiting Coordinator your primary responsibility would be to manage scheduling and coordinating interviews as well as manage third party vendor for onboarding the new hires.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless and positive recruiting experience for all candidates
- Co-ordinate/liaison with third party agencies, their placement consultants and hiring managers
- Initial screening of profiles received, quality check, technical requirements match and first stage phone interviews as required
- Scheduling and tracking Interviews with the agencies, candidates and Hiring managers / Interview panels.
- Track and maintain all Hiring Activities and ensure data accuracy
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Weekly reporting on candidate status to the hiring leads
- Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting  and onboarding process – i.e. induction activities, hardware / software aquisition
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of exp as recruiting coordinator or Recruiting Assistant
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Familiarity with working on high volume roles and managing recruiting processes is desirable
- Good communication skills
