Job Description

Join our dynamic Instrument Reference Data team within the Commercial & Investment Bank, where we enhance the firm's critical data quality and reliability. We source, validate, and distribute high-quality Reference Data, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data solutions and artificial intelligence. We're seeking an experienced associate specialized in Program Management and Artificial Intelligence Solutions to manage strategic projects and promote our data digitalization agenda.

As a Reference Data Associate within the Instrument Reference Data team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and reliability of the firm's critical data. You will collaborate with global teams across Operations/Business, Product, Technology & Controls to ensure solutions are designed and implemented in a true End-To-End fashion. You will also promote the agenda to move towards digitalization by identifying and delivering on AI solutions for existing processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end change projects, business analysis, and testing for instrument operations
  • Ensure proper controls are in place to reduce financial risks
  • Support strategic projects in partnership with operations and technology partners for seamless change adoption
  • Drive and deliver process optimization projects to reduce operations manual touchpoints using new and innovative tools, including but not limited to UI Path, Owl DQ, and Alteryx
  • Coordinate client, market, or regulatory-driven projects and programs impacting operations
  • Partner with the technology and operations teams to deliver changes to our production environment
  • Drive the agenda to move towards digitalization by identifying and delivering AI solutions for existing processes

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • You must have 5+ years of experience
  • Must hold a bachelor's degree or above
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking with respect to data, technology, and risk & control
  • Utilize agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence effectively
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to manage tight deadlines and unexpected change requests
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be proactive and self-motivated with independent process ownership and accountability
  • Foster connections by putting people first and building trusted relationships
  • Hold Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification
  • Possess knowledge of instrument reference data and core financial products
  • Integrate fun as a way of being and working
