An exciting opportunity for a Regional Business Process Owner - Customer Satisfaction & Quality opened within the GSC Digital Transformation Team as we work towards standardizing our business processes across North America.

Schneider Electric aims through different business transformation programs to CONVERGE together business, supply chain, and finance processes into one coherent, standardized, and simplified global set of processes/solutions with the same data model and governance. These programs include all the actions related to the reengineering of our processes through the adoption of industry standards. The programs will limit custom development on all technical platforms powering supply chain and require the adaptation of global processes to fit this standard. This will encompass data, process, tools, and the business operating model. The ambition is bold and aims to ensure that we simplify our company processes to deliver the targeted growth.

To enable these transformations, a Regional Business Process Owner organization will be established and will be structured as one team reporting to a single leader. This team is accountable for deployment and adoption of processes of the end-to-end supply chain, in close relation with digital partners for the regional solution implementation.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regional business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Act as a liaison between regional stakeholders and global process owners to ensure alignment and effective communication exist.

• Use knowledge of regional processes to collaborate with global Business Process Owners and define a global standard aligned to industry best practices.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of SPS requirements specific to your functional domain.

• Identify gaps, challenges, and business pre-requisites of global supply chain sites to optimize and secure the adoption of standard processes (support AS IS/TO BE process definition and transformation journey).

• Ensure completion of pre-requisites ahead of adoption of global standards.

• Drive the implementation of global best practices and standards within the regional operations.

• Support plant master data transformation.

• Animate regionally community on his/her domain - Key users.

• Collaborate with TITAN Transformation program to ensure technical solutions deployed are reflective of global standard business processes.

How will you work?
  • Process definition : Defining the process's mission, vision, goals, and objectives, as well as the key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the organization's strategy.

Process improvement: Identifying bottlenecks, implementing solutions, and continuously monitoring performance to ensure alignment with the organization's goals.

Process documentation: Documentation of business process to support standardization and best practices.

Process integration: Ensuring integration with other business process owner (BPO) regionally and globally.

Process Management: Monitoring and controlling the design, build, implementation, and execution of business process changes.

Working conditions:

• Up to 50% travel, international travel may be required to engage with different business units, understand global processes, and facilitate standardization efforts.

• Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across various time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• Ability to work independently in a competitive work environment.

• Collaboration with global process owners, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, requiring effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Preferred skillset:

• Expert in Customer Satisfaction & Quality operations and business processes across the region

• Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Visio, or other process mapping software to visually represent and analyze business processes.

• Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms to leverage technology for process automation and integration.

• Strong knowledge of Customer Satisfaction & Quality systems

• Familiarity with process optimization methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or other continuous improvement frameworks to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

• Proficiency in guiding and managing organizational change, including the ability to communicate change effectively, address resistance, and ensure successful adoption of new processes.

• Excellent communicator and stakeholder management abilities.

• Understanding of regional business dynamics and cultural nuances.

• Well-known and respected throughout the business organization.

• Capacity to develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for process improvement initiatives, aligning team goals with broader organizational objectives.

• Ability to collaborate and work in a multicultural environment.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 7 + years of work experience in Customer Satisfaction & Quality space

• Ambition to achieve L1 Electrifier certification.
