About the Role:

One of the key pieces of insight we’ve gained in the past two years is that audiences are willing to return to the office if their commute times are 20 minutes or less and this necessitates the need for a robust localized Field Marketing support role here at Industrious. As such, in your role as a Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for partnering with Marketing team counterparts alongside local Operations and Sales team members to bring the Industrious brand to life in the communities immediately surrounding our spaces. You will be assigned to two regions of the Industrious domestic network, while working alongside a counterpart covering the other two, and directly report into the Director of Marketing + Activation. 

This will take the form of management and cultivation of Field Marketing playbooks to be distributed widely across the 165+ Industrious locations, partnership with General Managers, Assistant General Managers and Member Experience Managers on events and paid media opportunities as well as being a centralized point of contact for all Marketing team requests. Each day will be a new day with a new challenge and you’ll get the opportunity to have a major impact on how one of the most important strategic imperatives for the Industrious brand comes to life in 2023 and beyond. 

As Regional Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Work alongside your Field Marketing counterpart to build out robust “Field Marketing” playbooks that will serve as the backbone for all Marketing efforts nationally. These playbooks include best practices, measurement plans, case studies, “How-To Checklists” and asset packs.
  • Regularly meet with General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Community Manager teams in your region to brainstorm new activation opportunities that span everything from Guerilla, Out-of-Home, Email, Event, Partnerships and Paid Media.
  • You will serve as the conduit for best practices and learnings from local teams to the centralized Marketing team to find room for improvement and optimization.
  • Partner closely with the internal Industrious creative team to regularly update Playbooks and asset packs to include the most recent and up-to-date campaign messaging.
  • Have a dotted line into the Media Agency supporting Acquisition efforts in order to plan and launch localized Paid Media in the form of Digital, Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Out of Home, Print or Event Sponsorships.
  • Assist in a nationwide focus on standing up Event-based sponsorships and partnerships that take place in our spaces through collateral support, messaging, outbound email marketing and measurement/follow-up.
  • Be constantly looking for the next big idea and the market to launch it in. This role will require a creative thinker that is not afraid to operate with some level of autonomy and help shape the future of the Field Marketing practice here at Industrious. 

About you

  • Have experience managing hyper-localized or regionalized marketing initiatives that ladder up to a national marketing strategy and framework
  • Experience with event-based marketing initiatives and localized engagements
  • You have strong project management skills and are able to prioritize tasks based on what will drive most impact for the business in your market
  • Have a keen eye for Measurement and Analytics and are interested in finding new ways to measure a non-traditional marketing tactic
  • Experience with Commercial Real Estate and Hospitality a plus

Compensation

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $100,000 and $120,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.

You will also be eligible for an annual bonus calculated based on individual and company performance.
