Job Description
Phillips Corporation, a global leader in advanced manufacturing technology, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Product Manager to join our rapidly expanding Engineered Products Team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of manufacturing by introducing cutting-edge solutions to a diverse client base.
The Impact You'll Make:
As a Regional Product Manager, you will be a key driver of growth, spearheading the adoption of our advanced machine tool solutions beyond our Haas offerings. You will empower manufacturers with transformative technologies, including Box Way Lathes and Mills, Swiss Machines, VTLs, EDMs, Gun Drills, high-end 5-Axis machines, grinders, and HMCs.
This role empowers you to become a true trusted advisor, forging deep relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their unique challenges and architecting tailored solutions that ignite their success. You will unlock unprecedented manufacturing potential by identifying, evaluating, and delivering optimal technology solutions that conquer complex customer needs, maximizing their productivity and efficiency. As a catalyst for change, you will lead the technological evolution by showcasing the transformative power of our diverse product portfolio, revealing the undeniable competitive edge these solutions provide. Through collaborative partnerships with our Haas Sales Team, you will expand our collective reach, delivering comprehensive solutions that transcend the Haas product line and dramatically expand market penetration.

As a representative of Phillips, the role requires active participation in industry events like trade shows, seminars, and user groups, establishing the company as a thought leader. Compelling communication skills are essential for developing and delivering persuasive proposals, product justifications, and project analyses that clearly articulate the value proposition. Finally, territory mastery is paramount, requiring the provision of accurate sales forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $80,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
Our Phillips community is a unique blend of high performance, passionate, and deeply caring individuals, and teams, on the path to virtuosity for the purpose of providing leaps in productivity and prosperity around the world. Please apply on our website today at
