to join our team as a Regional QC Manager! The Regional QC Manager will manage 5 divisional QC leads that will be tasked with delivering internal and external compliance on quality standards. This position will be in charge supervising all Program processes to make sure that all deliverables meet consistent standards. Their duties include developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting workflows at various stages and producing reports and metrics that illustrate progress toward targets or issues that need to be addressed.
Successful candidates will reside in Denver CO, Austin TX, San Antonio TX , Minneapolis MN, Little Rock AR or Nashville TN.

Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate Energy Efficiency Programs, inventory, assets, data integrity and other metrics

Ensuring that Programs adhere to quality standards

Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products

Training and managing Program staff in both field practices and data integrity as well as quality assessment of Program Deliverables (i.e. projects completed, assessments/audits performed, measures installed, etc.)

Tracking projects through the Standard Program Workflow to guarantee that each part of the process is correct

Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final projects so the projects are up to industry and company standards

Eliminating Program errors that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for the problems

A bachelor's degree in a science or business-based program
-
Relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in logistics, production or manufacturing

2+ years people management

Strong analysis skills, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, task management

Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills

In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards
