We do this with our revolutionary cleaning and hygiene technologies – such as floor care machines, cleaning tools & utensils, and chemicals for Food & Beverage industry.

 

Your Role:

In this regional role as Quality Programs Manager Europe, with main responsibility for:

 

Quality Programs development and implementation:

  • Manage customer satisfaction program: Customer satisfaction & complaints management – support other responsible departments in defining necessary set up and management tool for all sites and relevant functions, in accordance with all applicable standards.
  • CAPA management tool- set robust and comprehensive process and deploy management tool for all sites and relevant functions to drive improvements and increase effectiveness of CAPA.
  • Work with R&D, Process Technology, Product and Formulation Managers for setting and deploying deviation process and repository, manage Quality deviations to ensure compliance of quality requirements to minimize product issues at customers and assure full compliance.
  • Set Quality capability matrix and support development of training programs, tools to develop necessary quality capabilities in the organization.
  • Define, implement and follow-up on Quality scorecard and KPIs to effectively measure quality performance of the organization.
  • Provide (facilitate) frequent reports of quality performance, initiate and support implementation of corrective actions, improvement programs.
  • Facilitate deployment of quality expectations for pharma and medical device contract manufacturers, suppliers. Manage program of quality audits and reviews at the network together with Logistics and Procurement teams.
  • Lead quality improvement programs and measure improvements to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Lead resolution of quality issues cross country, multi- sites and provide expert support to Procurement and Logistics to resolve quality issues.

 

Factory Support: internal and contract manufacturers:

  • Set and facilitate quality improvement programs for plants, quality processes optimization.
  • Provide technical expertise to improve performance of internal and external plants (KPIs) and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead resolution of quality issues, complaints cross country, multi- sites and provide expert support to manufacturing sites to resolve quality issues, in cooperation with R&D, PT and PM/FM.

 

Manage Integrated Management System and customer support

  • Manage necessary Quality process, documentation, reporting for the IMS certification, ISO9001 audits, and 13485, IFS HPC, cGMP
  • Responsible for planning and preparation of Management System Review.
  • Represent Quality at the key customers of Diversey including Unilever, Pharma and Medical Device customers.
  • Provide expert support to Marketing, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce customer complaints.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

  • A Bachelor/Master’s degree in the area of chemistry, bio chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, supply chain management or a related field is a must.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience
  • Lead Auditor Training, with knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS, cGMP, IFS HPC; ISO 13485,
  • Basic knowledge of Halal, Kosher
  • Sustainability requirements and certifications schemes.
  • Six Sigma green or black belt is an additional benefit.
  • Experience in production and distribution in respect of quality programs.
  • Experience in manufacturing processes, working in the chemical production sites is regarded as a merit.
  • Good knowledge of quality tools.
  • SAP experience is regarded as a merit.
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
  • Additional European languages regarded as a plus.

 

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel across Europe to visit/audit own plants and suppliers. Participating in internal meetings (30 to 40% of travel).
  • Occasional international travel for international internal meetings across Europe or Global.
