IN Compass Health has worked for more than 20 years with hospitals, physicians, and payers to design and implement effective, on-site inpatient care teams and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• P&L and Budget responsibility;
• Managing and enhancing Client relationships;
• The Program Contract Renewal process and the development of the pro-forma and renewal agreement/amendment;
• Physician Retention and contract negotiation;
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• BS/BA or 3-5 years of Operations/Business/Clinical/Healthcare experience;
• A fundamental understanding of physician billing and collection practices;
• Ability to manage C-suite relationships;
• Would prefer previous experience with Physician Practice Management, (preferably hospital-based practices)
