About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive reports on productivity, tracking Key Result Areas (KRAs) on an agent level, monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality metrics across diverse workgroups, and preparing engaging presentations for Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews (WBRs and MBRs). The role demands proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of macros, and expertise in billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and Analytics:
   
   • Generate detailed productivity reports and agent-wise KRA performance metrics.
   • Analyze and produce SLA/Quality reports for multiple work groups.
   • Use data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
2. Presentations for Business Reviews:
   
   • Develop high-quality slides and dashboards for Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
   • Summarize complex data into clear and visually compelling presentations for stakeholders.
3. Automation and Process Optimization:
   
   • Design and utilize macros and automation tools to streamline reporting processes.
   • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency.
4. Billing and Financial Reporting:
   
   • Prepare and validate accurate monthly billing reports.
   • Ensure alignment with financial policies and adherence to deadlines.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   
   • Liaise with operations, quality, and finance teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reports.
   • Collaborate with leadership to align reporting with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a reporting analyst role or similar, with a focus on reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience in creating reports, presentations, and billing documentation.
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Knowledge of workflow management tools and systems.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
