Ce rôle offre une opportunité de croissance significative avec le portefeuille de clients actuel. Le candidat choisi sera en grande partie responsable de la création de nouvelles affaires nettes ainsi que de l'augmentation de la clientèle existante, de la fourniture d'un service client exceptionnel à nos clients et tout en s'impliquant dans la gestion de projet.


Le directeur du développement commercial jouera un rôle essentiel dans la création de valeur maximale auprès de nos clients à gros volume en se concentrant largement sur la fidélisation des clients et le développement des comptes au sein de notre clientèle en croissance rapide. Le responsable du développement commercial s'appropriera également un portefeuille de clients et devra : entretenir les relations avec les principales parties prenantes, identifier de nouvelles opportunités de vente incitative, auditer les comptes et s'assurer que les objectifs et les niveaux de satisfaction sont atteints.


We are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to take ownership of a crucial book of business in Quebec. This role has significant growth opportunity with the current customer portfolio the chosen candidate will be largely responsible for brining on net new business along with increading existing customer base, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and whilst also getting involved in Project Management.

 

The Business Development Manager will play a critical part in driving maximum value within our large volume customers by focusing largely on client retention and account development in our rapidly growing customer base. The Business Development Manager will also take ownership of a portfolio of customers as well as: maintaining relationships with key stake-holders, identifying new and upsell opportunities, auditing accounts, and ensuring targets and satisfaction levels are met.

What You Will Do Daily:

  • Soutenir le dĂ©veloppement et l'exĂ©cution de stratĂ©gies de compte client qui s'alignent sur les indicateurs commerciaux clĂ©s dĂ©finis, notamment les nouveaux clients nets, la fidĂ©lisation des clients, la croissance des revenus, les Ă©conomies de coĂ»ts et la rentabilitĂ©.
  • Devenez un conseiller de confiance au sein de votre portefeuille de clients en comprenant profondĂ©ment leur activitĂ© et en alignant leurs besoins sur nos solutions
  • DĂ©velopper un plan pour les grands comptes qui comprend les conditions et l'expiration du contrat, les services et produits que nous fournissons, le groupe d'achat, etc.
  • Gestion de projet et rĂ©solution de problèmes pour gĂ©nĂ©rer des rĂ©sultats interdĂ©partementaux pour le client
  • Formation continue continue avec le personnel clinique sur nos produits et services liĂ©s Ă  la sĂ©curitĂ©, Ă  la durabilitĂ©, Ă  l'efficacitĂ©, Ă  la conformitĂ© et Ă  l'Ă©ducation.
  • ĂŠtre en mesure de fournir une expertise produit Ă  travers notre offre de services complète
  • Servir de dĂ©fenseur des clients en interne tout en collaborant efficacement avec des Ă©quipes internes interfonctionnelles, notamment les opĂ©rations, les ventes, la logistique et les finances.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  prendre en charge les installations de nouveaux produits ou la mise en Ĺ“uvre de nouveaux programmes sur un site client
  • Soutenir les rĂ©unions stratĂ©giques avec les clients pour communiquer les meilleures pratiques, les rĂ©sultats commerciaux et les rĂ©ussites
  • Soutenir la facilitation des examens commerciaux trimestriels et mener des audits prĂ©alables aux travaux, une Ă©valuation des donnĂ©es et la collecte des commentaires des parties prenantes afin d'ĂŞtre en mesure de fournir des recommandations stratĂ©giques et des amĂ©liorations des processus.

  • Develop business within hospitals, large quantity volume
  • Support the development and execution of customer account strategies that align with defined key business metrics, including net new clients, client retention, revenue growth, cost savings and profitability
  • Become a trusted advisor within your portfolio of customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs to our solutions
  • Develop a blueprint for key accounts that includes contract terms and expiration, services and products we provide, buying group, etc.
  • Project Management and problem solving to drive outcomes inter-departmentally for the customer
  • Ongoing in-service education with clinical staff on our products and services related to safety, sustainability, efficiency, compliance and education
  • Be able to provide product expertise across our full service offering
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including operations, sales, logistics and finance
  • Ability to support new product installations or new program implementations at a customer site
  • Support strategic customer meetings to communicate best practices, business results and successes
  • Support the facilitation of quarterly business reviews, and conduct pre-work audits, data assessment and stakeholder feedback collation to be able to provide strategic recommendations and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2 Ă  4 ans d'expĂ©rience en vente dans l'industrie (de prĂ©fĂ©rence)
  • Solides compĂ©tences en matière de clĂ´ture
  • Solides compĂ©tences en matière d’établissement de relations
  • ExpĂ©rience dans les services hospitaliers ou dans le secteur des services connexe hautement souhaitable
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences de communication verbale et Ă©crite
  • Solides compĂ©tences en prĂ©sentation et confiance en la vente basĂ©e sur la valeur
  • CompĂ©tences informatiques exceptionnelles ; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc


  • 2-4 years of industry sales experience ( preferred)
  • Strong closing skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills with value based selling confidence
  • Outstanding computer-based skills; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.
