As a successful sales professional building relationships with Healthcare providers to drive down needle stick injuries and improve their overall safety and environmental footprint your key responsibilities include:

On A Daily Basis You Will Do:

  • Atteindre les quotas de ventes pour le territoire fixĂ©s par l'entreprise Les principaux marchĂ©s cibles sont 
  • Établissements de soins actifs
  • GĂ©nĂ©rateur de Moyenne QuantitĂ©, banques de sang, centres de dialyse, centres de cancĂ©rologie, etc.
  • Petits gĂ©nĂ©rateurs de qualitĂ©, immeubles de bureaux mĂ©dicaux, centres de chirurgie, etc.
  • Élaborer un plan d'affaires pour le territoire en utilisant SalesForce.com comme base du plan, dĂ©taillant les objectifs clĂ©s, etc.
  • Utilise la gestion du pipeline pour garantir que le plan de vente est respectĂ© et que toutes les opportunitĂ©s sont enregistrĂ©es dans Salesforce.com 
  • En collaboration avec le directeur rĂ©gional, revoir constamment toutes les activitĂ©s, objectifs et stratĂ©gies de vente afin de maximiser les rĂ©sultats.
  • Veiller Ă  ce que les besoins des clients soient efficacement satisfaits et Ă©tablir des relations client productives
  • ĂŠtre responsable de la satisfaction des clients pour les comptes gagnĂ©s et les comptes en cours de traitement
  • Participer Ă  la planification des ventes, aux stratĂ©gies de vente, Ă  la couverture territoriale et aux processus de budgĂ©tisation
  • Produire des analyses mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles du territoire pour le directeur rĂ©gional, le directeur de zone et le vice-prĂ©sident des ventes
  • DĂ©velopper des tactiques et des stratĂ©gies pour dĂ©velopper un engagement Ă  long terme avec les principaux clients actuels et potentiels
  • Assister Ă  toutes les rĂ©unions liĂ©es aux ventes et aux produits
  • Effectue d'autres tâches qui peuvent ĂŞtre requises par le superviseur

  • Achieve sales quotas for the territory as set by the company
  • Key target markets are:
  • Acute Care Facilities
  • Medium Quantity Generator, blood banks, dialysis centers, cancer centers, etc.
  • Small Quality Generators, medical office buildings, surgery centers, etc.
  • Develop a business plan for the territory using SalesForce.com as the basis for the plan, detailing key targets, etc.
  • Utilizes pipeline management to ensure sales plan is met and all opportunities are recorded in Salesforce.com
  • In conjunction with the Regional Manager, constantly review all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results
  • Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer relationships
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction for accounts won and accounts being worked on
  • Participate in the sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis of the territory for the Regional Manager, Area Director, and Vice President of Sales
  • Develop tactics and strategies to develop long-term commitment with key current and potential customers
  • Attend all sales and product related meetings
  • Performs other duties as may be required by supervisor

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expĂ©rience en vente aux professionnels de la santĂ© et aux hĂ´pitaux, un atout

  • ExpĂ©rience dans la vente de solutions basĂ©es sur la valeur
  • Connaissances informatiques, en particulier PowerPoint, Word et

  • Minimum of 3 years experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals an asset
  • Must be able to professionally present the features, advantages, and clinical benefits of all our products and to compare their performance with competitive products
  • Experience selling value based solutions
  • Computer literacy skills, especially in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
