Description

• Responsible from all organizational, sales & operational activities of department
• Interact efficiently with other departments (sales, logistics, finance, training department...) to support operation objectives
• Supporting the team in reporting; preparing daily, weekly and monthly analysis
• Following the assigned tasks according to the schedule and reporting them to manager
• Preparing department presentations
• Creating Purchase Order and responsible from following up payment process
• Providing support and help in the preparation of the required retail tools & ensure delivery to stores .
• Supporting the team for the business trips with reservations & visa applications.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• New graduates, graduated from engineering or related majors
• Organizational / analytical skills with attention to detail Team player, able to foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams
• Fully proficient and experienced with Windows Office, Excel and Outlook and computer applications
• Strong business acumen with business operation overview regarding to cosmetic notification process
• Able to manage complexity through high quality teamwork and efficient communication
• Excellent oral and written English Good PC software skills
• Able to work under time constraints Energetic, positive, "can do" approach, good communication skills
