• Lead the development and optimization of integrations between HubSpot, Zapier, Stripe, and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow across tools.
• Design and maintain workflows that automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks by implementing scalable solutions.
• Develop and manage dashboards to provide actionable insights into key performance metrics.

• 5+ years of experience in operations, process optimization, or a similar role.
