The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio
This position can be office-based (hybrid) in any of our European offices.
In RevOps we are constantly ensuring that we are able to direct both our new and existing business teams at the right accounts, at the right time and mapped in a way that is simple and easy to understand and report on. Because of this we are looking for a Territory Manager to own the books of business allocated to each of our new and existing business sellers and development reps. With the support of Data Science teams to model how distributions should look and Systems teams to automate the distribution, we need someone in RevOps to own the overall direction of how the books are allocated and to constantly upgrade and refine our strategy to ensure market coverage. This is an IC role within a high performing team that covers Technology, Operations and Territory.Â
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do:

Be responsible for the strategy, construction and ongoing refinement of sales & CX territories for the entire revenue organization.

Drive not only developing, but also operationalizing roll-out of the territories across sales, sales development, customer success and other important teams in the revenue cycle.

Be the subject matter expert for our leadership team on all updates related to territory and market penetration across Personio’s key markets.Â

Lead cross-functional change management efforts to ensure successful launch and stabilization of any new territory constructs.

Develop quantitative measures and qualitative channels to track success of our territory management approachÂ

Work closely with our Data organization to ensure the quality of the account information is sufficient for our new business teams to sell against and that we have enough scoring and tooling to surface the accounts to approach first (help sellers prioritise accounts)

Work closely with our Systems teams to ensure all data providers are effectively integrated and account allocation is automated where possibleÂ

Work closely with Marketing teams to ensure any intent data is leveraged in our outbound strategies for both new and upsell business
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

You’ll need at least 3 years in a RevOps role with experience supporting in the operational side of hitting quota and confidence working with dataÂ

Prior exposure to high-growth work environments, and a strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market principles are all highly desirable

Ability to summarise complex data sets and present to all audience levels including Senior Management Team.

Experience of stakeholder management at a senior level, including providing recommendations for change.

Solution-Oriented – You have the ability to identify and creatively solve complex problems

Advanced user of spreadsheets (Google slides or excel) and confident using slides to present data in a convincing way to senior stakeholders.

Advanced experience with Salesforce. Ability to build dashboards, run reports, understand how key objects work with each other (such as books, accounts, leads, ownership etc)Â
Desirable but not required:

Direct experience owning sales or account territory strategyÂ

Experience working with Data Science and/or account scoring
