Scratch has 2 main products:

  • Scratch Pay: Point-of-sale lending, including a BNPL offering and longer-term payment plans
  • Scratch Checkout: Payment processing that is integrated with the veterinary practice management software

  • About the role
    The RevOps Analyst will play a critical role in the success of our newly formed RevOps team. We're looking for someone who can play a strategic and operational role - bridging the skills between project manager, data analyst, and Sales / CRM enablement. This person will ensure be able to effectively manage and prioritize initiatives to drive data-driven decisions that lead to the highest financial and operational benefit for the organization. The ideal candidate is someone who will fit with the team - both able to think strategically but willing to flex and get their hands dirty to unblock projects where needed.
    What you'll do

    • Idea-to-implementation: Analyze, pitch, and project manage implementation of key new Sales funnel processes that drive additional revenue and operational efficiency, working closely with Sales leadership and Sales team members
    • Data Analytics & Reporting: Manage and analyze revenue data to provide actionable insights and reports that inform business decisions and forecasting. Assist creation, maintenance, and upward reporting against dashboards for KPIs such as pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, and sales efficiency reporting.
    • Process optimization & automation: Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement (e.g., lead management and scoring), leveraging automation and best practices to increase efficiency and reduce friction across revenue teams.
    • Ad-hoc analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making


    Key Performance Metrics:

    • Revenue team-generated margin and revenue change
    • On-time project delivery %
    • Sales funnel performance improvements (e.g., calls per demo)


    What we are looking for

    • At least 1-2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and/or Sales Operations
    • Experience partnering with Sales teams to implement new changes
    • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex datasets ability to explain them to non-technical audiences
    • Basic understanding of SQL and data manipulation
    • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies through CRM and system enhancements.


    Preferred

    • Experience with Sales and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Gong, etc.)
    • Experience working directly in Hubspot and integrations with other tooling
    • Experience designing sales compensation structures
