About this role:Â
This is a newly created role, reporting to the EMEA & UK Reward Manager and will provide analytical expertise supporting the design, execution and communications of UK and EMEA Reward and mobility plans and programs.   Â
You will work closely with People, Business, Finance and Mobility partners in a hybrid working environment. Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Actively manage and maintain the global job architecture for EMEA and the UK.Â
- Collecting, analyse and maintain accurate compensation data Â
- Administer mobility requests for remote working, cross market hires and permanent moves.Â
- Compile and manage data and analysis for UK pay gap reports (gender/ethnicity/etc.) and upcoming EU transparency legislation. Â
- Participate on annual compensation benchmarking process.Â
- Support semi-annual salary and annual bonus review processes.Â
- Partner with UK People Partners by benchmarking roles, below executive level.Â
- Maintain the compliance of the pay governance processes for the UK.Â
- Provide ad-hoc reward reporting and analysis as needed.Â
- Participate in the regional, Global and WPP Reward Communities, sharing best practice and leaning into Global Programmes and Projects.Â

- Experience in UK and EMEA reward is a plusÂ
- Ability to communicate complexity in simple termsÂ
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Knowledge of Power BI a plusÂ
- Strong organisational abilities Â
- Knowledge of job evaluation and benchmarkingÂ
- Knowledge of statutory requirements for gender pay gap reporting – how to calculate and report on the gap.Â
- Experience supporting annual/semi-annual salary and bonus review processesÂ
- Strong written communication skills Â
- Experience of partnering with third parties is a plusÂ
- Confident in data analysis for reports such as paying for performance, attrition, etc.Â
- Ability to work with senior stakeholdersÂ
- Workday experience is a plusÂ
