Let’s start with the role

The Responsible Gaming Team Leader will set the right tone for the Team of RG Specialists and create an effective and productive work environment. This role will also inspire the Team members, embracing the sense of collaboration, effectiveness and operational excellence, as well as support fulfilling the Company’s objectives and KPIs for the Team as a whole and its members individually.

As a Responsible Gaming  Team Leader you will:

  • Provide active guidance and direction to the Team of RG Specialists to follow the Company’s RG Strategy and communicate the expectations and goals effectively.
  • Be aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the team members to provide relevant recognition, training and improvement opportunities when needed.
  • Set periodic goals to ensure smooth operations on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Shape the task division and prioritize setting for the Team to ensure successful meeting of the KPIs. 
  • Actively support the Head of RG to fulfill the quarterly plans and objectives set by the Top Management. 
  • Ensure local operational compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Actively track and report any areas of improvement.
  • Generate reports and track the performance of the team and its members and communicate existing trends to the management.
  • Actively promote RG mindset within the Team and among the stakeholders.
  • Support the Team to adapt to changing circumstances and make operational strategic decisions to ensure Team’s efficiency and operational success.
  • Identify, flag and act accordingly on any areas of improvement, both operational and procedural.


What you’ll bring:

  • Proven work experience in the online industry, in a customer-facing position;
  • Experience in people management is an asset;
  • Display a good understanding of the risks associated with online gaming;
  • Show a keen interest and affinity for Responsible Gaming and its processes;
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail;
  • Competent at constantly meeting deadlines/managing SLA’s whilst understanding how to prioritize high-risk cases;
  • Adept at supporting and guiding CS and the RG team in a pleasant manner at all times (approachable/communicative/teamplayer);
  • Hands-on approach, fast learning skills;
  • Good knowledge of English and other European languages;
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
