Description

The SWR Transfer Center Patient Flow Specialist is responsible for assisting the RN Navigators with facilitation and coordination of requests relating to physician consults, telemedicine requests, and patient transfers between facilities in an efficient, timely, and appropriate manner. Respectfully coordinates provider to provider consults to facilitate appropriate specialist referrals toward the goal of excellent and timely patient care. Works diligently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years - CNA/Medical Assistant.
  • 2 years - Clerical/Healthcare setting.
