Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer. Specific experience with the UiPath platform is preferred, however, other RPA development platform experience will be considered. This role requires a deep understanding of automation, artificial intelligence tools, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure. As an RPA Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities, understand business requirements, and propose innovative solutions that optimize operational processes.
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex RPA solutions using UiPath technology, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, into RPA workflows to enhance decision-making and process intelligence.
• Utilize Azure DevOps best practices to establish and maintain an efficient development pipeline, ensuring version control, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical application specialists, network infrastructure technicians, and business analysts, to drive the successful implementation of RPA and AI solutions.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

• Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Three (3) years of UiPath Experience or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates general understanding of full software development life cycle and general understanding of code management principles.
• Experience customizing RPA infrastructure utilizing supported code such as C#, .NET, and VB.
• Experience in doing UAT, bug fixing and RPA support
• Knowledge and Experience using Microsoft business applications.
• Preferred Certification: UiPath Advanced Automation Developer

Education/Licensure/Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
