SaaS Application Engineer

Algolia is a mature, post-series D SaaS company focused on AI driven search as a service.  We are looking for a SaaS engineer to join the IT team with a primary focus on Privacy program project management and SaaS development.  This is a succession position that will be split 50/50 in application development and project management.  This position will be classified as partial or fully remote, depending on location.  This position may have up to 10% travel.

Privacy Responsibilities:

• Own the Privacy project management over the next 18 months utilizing DataGrail as a hub.
• Design the rollout of each silo of privacy connectivity between DataGrail, SaaS tools and internal product.
• Garner internal stakeholder investment for regular maintenance of Datagrail data and connections.
• Shepherd teams through the learning and mastery journey in privacy.

SaaS Responsibilities:

• Learn the complex SaaS environment inside of Algolia from an automation and stack management perspective.
• Propose improvements in stack maintenance and execute them.
• Identify ideal targets for procurement and sunset.
• Execute automation projects for IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• A BS in Computer Science, IT or Project Management or its equivalent.
• 3+ years of technical support or project experience.
• 4+ years managing SaaS environments.
• Expertise with privacy software.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
