- Account Director that is part of a POD focused on Growth and partners with a Customer Success Manager focused on Retention. Account base will be 20-30 accountsÂ
- Lead the POD by establishing strategies that align to the overall growth objectives of the territory and execute on annual sales goals and meet targets for account growth on a monthly/quarterly/annual basisÂ
- Execute on Team Selling Strategies that include aligning closely with Technical Advisors, Industry Analysts, Industry Subject Matter Experts, and leadership to effectively position a value proposition to capitalize on new upgrade and upsell opportunities Â
- Meet and exceed annual growth and gross retention targetsÂ
- Team with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for increased ROI within your account base and help exceed annual Gross Retention GoalsÂ
- Provide weekly revenue forecasts along with several other business reporting requirements on your account base by keeping all sales supporting systems current and up to dateÂ
- Align with Enverus professional selling expectations and contribute to our High Performing Sales CultureÂ
- Deliver client feedback to marketing and development teams to build more effective products and services.Â
- Has at least 5 recent years of experience managing energy vertical accounts with Oil and Gas/Operator experience a plus Â
- 5+ years of SaaS sales within the energy industry
- Experience in Strategic Selling and executing on average deal sizes that exceed $100,000 ARRÂ
- Demonstrated ability to align complex SaaS solutions to high value company objectivesÂ
- Be able to upsell various clients as well as resolve customer issues. Â
- Demonstrated success in a high paced competitive marketplace and ability to differentiate your solution at the highest levels in an organizationÂ
- Proven ability to excel in a team selling environment and deliver on annual revenue targets consistently in their careerÂ
- Curious problem solver with the ability to deliver a strong perspective Â
- Articulate in their understanding of Enterprise Strategic Selling Â
- Intangibles would include being a team player, results-driven, goal-oriented, self-urgency, independent, collaborative, and positive mindset. Â
