Diageo is embarking on an exciting and significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA. Through this programme Diageo aims to drive process and data standardization and simplification. This programme will be delivered over a multi-year period with global geographic reach.

We are looking for SAC Deployment lead to join our Voyager Reporting & Analytics team in building innovative products that enterprises don't just use, but love. Our team is motivated by designing, building and releasing products that "wow" our customers, pushing the boundaries of what's possible for making a better working world. You will work closely with engineering, QA, UX, and business teams to deliver highly available SAP technology solutions across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deployment of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions across Diageo to support actionable insights
• Drive adoption and be evangelical about SAC by showcasing capabilities throughout the organisation
• Keep pace with SAP Analytics Cloud innovation and how these can be best utilised to drive value
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand requirements and guide them on best approaches based on expertise
• Own, manage and prioritise the SAC backlog supported by a deployment approach that is responsive
• Based on recommend practice ensure development standards are documented, understood and followed
• Work closely and manage external development teams and partners to deliver best in class SAC solutions
• Train and coach user community to get the most out of the SAC and drive self-service
• Enhance the capabilities of SAC when required with additional technologies

Qualifications and Experience Required

• 5+ years of practical experience in SAP Data warehousing technologies and development.
• 5+ years of practical experience in SAP Reporting technologies and other technologies is desirable (Power BI) and development.
• Demonstratable knowledge of SAP functional datasets.
• Solid background with practical experience in cloud-based technologies.
• Practical experience using SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
• Practical experience using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Demonstratable ability around the delivery of full life cycle project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills (conversational and writing ability)
• Good understanding of IT / SAP software and processes they support.
• A good knowledge and ability surrounding data ETL/ELT processes and technologies (Master data governance and cleansing is beneficial)
• Solid experience surrounding SAC and DWC platform administration, agent setup, connection setup, security / authorizations, space management etc.
• Experience of risk and issue management and mitigation

Desirable knowledge:

• SAP BTP platform technologies.
• Python development
• SAP CDS for ABAP development
• SAP Analytics Cloud Planning experience
