The Safety Specialist plays a key role in investigating accidents and advising preventive measures and promotes safety behavior and awareness. Conducts safety inspections, makes incident records, and reports the supervisor. Understands important regulations and is familiar with revisions, trends, and updates concerning best practices in safety.

Core Responsibilities:

• Investigate and analyze for root cause of danger, illness, work interruption and report from the inspection results.
• Ensure company employees are followed safety guidelines and laws.
• Advise and train employees to prevent from unsafe acts in compliant with preventive measurements.
• Assess risks on safety, occupational health and working environment.
• Recommend for solutions to the team to prevent the incident proactively.
• Produce statistics' data and report to the management team.
• Assist in the organization of awareness campaigns regarding safety and trainings.
• Analyze jobs to identify hazards and determine preventive measures and safe working procedures to present to the team.
• Assist in improving of contractor management process.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in safety role with manufacturing industry.
• Good for both of written and spoken English.

Required behaviors and skills:

• Good communication skill.
• Problem solving and decision making is advantage.
