SALES ANALYST

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.

We are hiring for a commercial analyst with experience in the beauty and/or consumer goods industries.

We are looking for individuals with commercial focus, sales abilities, and strategic commercial analysis skills. effective communication, organized, and an analytical thinker with attention to details, research aptitude, data analysis skills, and good teamwork.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Development and improvement of commercial processes
• Generate analysis of sell-in/sell-out information and use the data to create reports that allow the commercial area to make strategic decisions
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the distribution, the product portfolio, and the price positioning
• Have constant communication with interdisciplinary teams, distributors, and inter-company
• Analyze the different potential market categories
• Generate commercial control KPIs
• Monthly follow-up and look over distributor's reports
• Forecast, fill rate, sell-in-out, active portfolio, distribution to customers, family, and other categories

QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• Commercial engineer / business administration graduate, or a related career
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Desirable knowledge of administration and sales or marketing
• Advanced Excel proficiency - Proficiency in Office & PowerBI
• Advanced English (oral and written proficiency)
