The Role
Affinity is seeking a talented Sales & CS Operations Manager that enables teammates to accelerate revenue growth, delight customers, and accelerate the business to scale. This role will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations, and will be incredibly cross-functional in nature. As a key member of the RevOps team, you will oversee a team and direct the execution of a multitude of projects and initiatives that will drive Affinity's Go-To-Market strategy.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead a growing team that executes on Affinity’s GTM strategy and owns all of the workflows and processes that the Sales and Customer Success teams use on a daily basis
- Own cross-departmental projects that enable Affinity's Sales and Customer Success teams to better collaborate and exceed revenue targets
- Oversee the massive amount of change management required to scale Affinity’s customer-facing teams, including their systems and processes
- Interact with GTM leadership in order to help them make key decisions by understanding Affinity’s revenue-related KPIs. Communicate areas of concern and recommendations to leadership that prioritize growth and promote Affinity’s culture.Â

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, at a high-growth company, managing a team that supports a Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Experience organization
- Experience designing a modern tech stack (eg. Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, CPQ, BI tool, Lessonly, ZoomInfo, Gainsight)
- Proven experience managing a team, with an emphasis on developing their careers
- Strong track record of developing and presenting revenue-related KPIs to leadership (preferably in a b2b SaaS startup environment)
- Desire to train your team in best practices related to strategy, data analysis, project management, and change management
- Good understanding of the entire sales funnel, from lead to revenue
- Maintains a long-term outlook while being revenue-focused when leading a team finding solutions to challenges
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Passion for learning, problem-solving, working cross-departmentally
- Autonomous, self-driven, and able to thrive in ambiguity

Please note that the role compensation details below reflect the base salary only and do not include any variable pay, equity, or benefits. This represents the salary range that Affinity believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting, that it will pay for the posted job.  Â
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $79,000 - $133,200 USD Base. Within the range, individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant.
