What you'll do:

• Je bent de brug tussen klanten-, verkoop- en engineerteams door gebruik te maken van klanteninput en verkoopinformatie.
• Je biedt technische ondersteuning & expertise aan klanten, doormiddel van feedback en/of demonstraties/presentaties, opleidingen ter plaatse
• De sales application engineer buildings is verantwoordlijk voor het ontwerpen van de specifieke klantoplossing door middel van analyses te maken en de klant innovatieve oplossingen aan te bieden door in te spelen op de behoefte van de klant
• Je ontwerpt hardware-en software applicaties uit, volgt trends van klanten, verzamelt feedback voor technische teams, traint account managers.
• Maakt systeemontwerpen/-offertes die de verkoop in alle productlijnen verhoogt.

Qualifications:

• Opleidingsniveau: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Elektrotechniek, Vermogenselektronica, Informatica, Informatietechnologie, of vergelijkbaare studierichtingen
• Of min. 5+ jaar ervaring in applicatie-engineering in een verkoopomgeving

Skills:

• GRID design expertise
• Kennis van stroomdistributiesystemen
• Kennis van technisch conceptontwerp en voorstellen
• Gevorderde kennis van ontwikkeling, installatie en onderhoud van softwareapplicaties
• Vermogen om applicatie-innovatie te stimuleren door consumenten- en concurrentietrends te analyseren..
• Het vermogen om feedback van klanten te evalueren en de functionaliteit van front-end applicaties te verbeteren.
• Geavanceerd vermogen om processen te documenteren, diagnostische tests uit te voeren en fouten te herstellen.
• Vaardigheid in het bieden van technische product- en serviceondersteuning aan zowel externe als interne klanten.
• Tools: software and design, quotation tools (Bid Manager), CRM (Salesforce), Office 365
• Soft skills: Klantgerichtheid, hands-on probleemoplossend, actie- en oplossingsgericht
• Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels
