About the Opportunity:

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who love figuring out how to solve problems - self-starters who are passionate about the crypto industry and are looking not only to grow as an individual but join a hyper-growth exchange for this next cycle. The role is primarily a hunting role, looking to establish new partnerships, joint ventures and sales for BTSE. You will be part of the Enterprise Solutions team who primarily go to market with 3 major products: a White-Label Exchange, Wallet and crypto payment system. You will be the face of BTSE, going to events, connecting with B2B customers and building our ecosystem of partners and companies.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: you will be going to crypto events/conferences to find new partners and customers and introduce BTSE to them and see how we can collaborateĀ
- Discovery: understanding what the customers need and being able to wear different āhatsā depending on the type of customer, personality and business you are able to speak with different levels, cultures and tailor your conversation
- Build your own book of business and pipeline of customers; understand how to move each customer onto the next step and eventually closing deals
- Identify ways to reach more customers; through events, cold prospecting/emails/using LinkedIn and referrals to capture market shares
- Working closely with the technical team to solve problems and create customized solutions for the client.
Requirement:
- Native/fluent in English comfortable to give presentations
- Youāre hungry. Experience is not everything and weāre looking for teachable hard working individuals who want to grow with us
- Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to figure things out on their own with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Take initiative, ownership and execute based on goals and guidance
- Comfortable walking up to a stranger and striking a conversation
