Who you are

An experienced Business Development Professional with 1-3 years of experience selling high-tech solutions to clients. You are a passionate, driven, and coachable sales pro who loves to win and hates to lose. You have a proven track record of success and experience in opening doors with new logos, value and story selling, and overall business development best practices.

You are looking for a career with a fast-growing company that is focused on employee engagement and development with a track record of success and employee retention. An opportunity to truly make your mark on an organization as it blazes a new path in the digital innovation services space.

Expectations in this role

  • Prospect ICPs across North America, and set meetings with those prospects
  • Clear and concise record-keeping and CRM management
  • Collaboration with internal teams to enhance the client experience
  • Collaborating with leadership on business unit enhancements that improve efficiencies and create better client relations
  • Effective and professional communication both internally and externally

What you'll need

  • B2B prospecting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
  • Ability to critically think through problems and identify solutions
  • A self-starter mentality
  • Solution sales experience in an IT services capacity would be a plus
