Job DescriptionThe North America Sales Enablement Manager directs sales training, onboarding, and enablement for North America at IFS Software. This role is pivotal to helping the team close deals faster through onboarding new reps, building and maintaining onboarding and enablement programs, and promoting ongoing education initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Design, implement, and manage comprehensive sales training programs for both new hires and ongoing development of the sales team to promote the North America Sales Enablement strategy.
Manage the onboarding of the North America sales organization executing a North America onboarding program and leveraging global bootcamps.
Provide coaching and promote to new sales team members regarding sales methodologies, sales tools and processes through the development of milestone activities.
Create, develop, manage, and steer the successful execution of the cross-functional sales enablement programs in conjunction with Sales management, Global Enablement, Marketing and Pre-sales.
Partner with Sales management to identify knowledge gaps across North America, conduct ongoing needs assessments and roll out targeted programs.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop content / training materials and provide specialized training sessions.
Align with Global Enablement on training events, content and tools needed for successful onboarding and selling.
Design and implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility.
Own driving communication to the sales organization regarding business operations updates such as tools, pricing, sales processes, etc.
- BA/BS degree, Masters degree or advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales enablement with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on time and within budget.
- The ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide array of global constituents including business leaders and subject matter experts.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to represent IFS in a professional and positive manner.
- Creative, innovative problem-solver with a passion for delivering world class deliverables.
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Work experience with LMS and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
