This is a rotational graduate program, allowing you to experience different teams and functions across the sales and marketing functions of our ANZ Revenue & Marketing business.  
Potential rotations may include: Direct to Consumer Sales, Ecommerce, Marketing, Distributor Sales and Account Management.  
 
Through this program you will gain experience to fast-track your career including being equipped with necessary sales skills, company and industry specific knowledge, and an understanding of ResMed’s products, service offerings, partnerships, and market positioning. 

With mentorship from senior leaders, hands-on experience, regular check-ins and feedback, and a supportive culture, you’ll rapidly develop the skills and knowledge needed to set your career in the right direction.  
 
About ANZ Revenue & Marketing: 
 

Our ANZ Revenue & Marketing division is made up of our Direct to Consumer Sales, Distributor Sales and Marketing teams who drive our business forward by building strong relationships with consumers and partners across Australia and New Zealand.

About you: 
 
The successful candidate in our graduate program will have the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Biomedicine or related field 

• Full work rights in Australia required 

• Have a passion for sales and driven to be successful 

• Great communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences 

• Energetic and positive attitude, self-motivated and able to take initiative
