Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Create new sales strategy and process for new product verticals and service offerings
- Help shape our sales process as we continue to expand our customer base nationally
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing the deal
- Report directly to executive leadership to help drive our revenue growth strategy
- Collaborate with all levels of leadership by presenting sales and revenue outcomes
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully selling personally and managing the sales team
- Design and implement strategic business plans that expand our customer base
Requirements
- Desire to influence the company sales strategy overall and have measurable impact
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (SaaS experience a bonus)
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to cultivate relationships with new prospects
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Willingness to directly prospect potential customers, including cold outreach
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
