As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team that drives both inbound and outbound Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. Your role is crucial in shaping our sales strategies in EMEA, mentoring your team, and overachieving on revenue goals.Â
EMEA has been one of our most successful regions and we are looking for a leader who can help us build a repeatable process and scalable infrastructure. We're looking for a leader who is not only goal-oriented but process driven, makes decisions based on data and metrics-oriented.Â
What your day could consist of:
- Lead and develop a team of AEs and BDRs, fostering a culture of hard work, success and team collaboration.
- Implement and refine sales strategies to enhance pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- Work closely with the team on strategic account targeting, prospect engagement, and opportunity management within our ICP.
- Monitor sales metrics and manage the sales administration process.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews, focusing on continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align revenue generation strategies with overall company objectives.
- Encourage innovative thinking and solution-oriented approaches within the team.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, in a SaaS environment.
- Minimum 2+ years experience leading sales teams and overachieving revenue goals.
- Experience in building up a sales motion from scratch and scaling up the business
- Strong understanding of the commercial space (deal size $10,000 - $50,000)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly coachable with a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Comfortable working in a unstructured environment
- Bonus: Martech experience
