We anticipate new job openings for Sales Managers in the Laboratory Products area of Thermo Fisher Scientific. We are gathering applicant interest for these upcoming new job requisitions.
How You Will Contribute:
- Lead Lab Products representatives to deliver bookings, revenue, profitability, and market share growth objectives.
- Partner with colleagues to develop and implement sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing and product strategies.
- Lead sales forecasting using Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM platform.
- Work with channel partners to drive bookings and revenue.
- Employ PPI to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage recruitment, mentorship, training, and performance of direct reports.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required - Life Sciences, STEM or Business preferred
Experience
- 5+ years' experience in sales within the life sciences industry
- 2+ years in sales management strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Role model sales leader with ability to develop and motivate people at all levels
- Strong analytical skills: the ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and unit analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with initiative and good business judgment.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary pay range estimated for this position Manager, Account Management based inCalifornia is $87,000.00-$129,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
