Sales Operations Analyst

Role: Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Lehi, UT
Duration: 11 Months
Pay rate: $29.58/hr.
Key Responsibilities:

• Structure profitable and compliant transactions to maximize revenue and enhance sales force productivity.
• Serve as the first line of approval for deal structuring, helping to accelerate deal closures.
• Collaborate with sales teams to address customer business issues and ensure deals align with both company’s and the customer’s needs.
• Manage the daily deal approval process, working with stakeholders to communicate deal value and structure.
• Draft and certify customer contracts, ensuring compliance with company’s internal revenue recognition policies.
• Provide deal status updates and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Interact with internal teams including Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, and Revenue Assurance to ensure consistent process adherence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Proven background in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Experience with multi-element contracts, including subscriptions, licenses, and services.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software revenue recognition accounting and SOP 97-2 guidelines.
