Location: This is a hybrid position based in the NYC Metropolitan Area.Â
Compensation: The base salary hiring range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000  + equity + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.

The Team & RoleÂ
We’re a bunch of tinkerers on the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, always evolving and iterating on current process and tools in order to fully optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts, and we’re looking for a creative and critical thinker to come join us.

We’re seeking a Sales Operations Manager with a track record of success when it comes to: supporting with quarterly/annual planning, implementing creative solutions in a Salesforce environment, and conducting analysis on productivity and performance. You’ll support with projects such as territory reassignments, building workflows and automation, evaluating new tech, and much more. We’re looking for someone that can be a true partner to both your teammates within the RevOps org, but also with our GTM team—if that’s you, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Present updates, uncover gaps and make recommendations, and clearly articulate business needs
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to establish and ensure standards for system data quality
- Collaborate with Customer Success to implement changes in relevant systems
- Assist with Dealhub (CPQ) responsibilities, including: implementation of new integrations, tooling administration, quoting and structuring, and educating and supporting our partners in Sales
- Work with the Sales Ops team to perform lead, pipeline, and sales performance analyses to increase velocity and win rates
- Be a thought partner with the broader RevOps org and with cross-functional Sales partners
- Align sales operations projects with the goals and needs of the cross-functional business departments we support
- Assist with territory and account assignments
- Assist with managing and optimizing the sales tech stack
About you:
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce (Admin Certification preferred) and Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build internal relationships with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the rest of the GTM team
- Experience working with a quote-to-cash system (e.g., CPQ, DealHub)
- Deep understanding of GTM technology such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, and LeanData and proven ability to drive system optimizations
- Ability to present findings to larger business groups in a polished and digestible manner
- Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining a sharp focus on both process and details
- Strong project management skills and the ability to ideate and manage projects from inception to completion
- Minimum requirement of 4+ years of experience
