About the role:

This position provides support to the Sales Operations team. Individual is responsible for maintaining operational duties for our Contract team and supporting other customers as time permits.

• Main POC for the Contract field team on out of zone shipments, escalation resolution, and process inquiries• Work with transportation, warehousing, and inventory teams to service our customers at a high level• Analysis and report execution on end of life, substitutions, and date integrity• Monitor and enforce accessorial process• Customer open order report reconciliation• All other responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education requirement: HS Diploma

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED• Unquestionable business ethics and integrity• Strong organizational skills• Highly motivated/ Driven/ Proactive approach to business needs• Strong interpersonal skills• Ability to adjust/react quickly to changes and changing priorities

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment, and must be able to work across functional boundaries
