1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Our Recruiting function is growing, and we're seeking seeking an experienced Sales/GTM Recruiter with exposure to sales hiring hiring at rapidly scaling companies. Serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers across our Growth org, you’ll develop inclusive, structured hiring practices to continue to grow our standout Provider Growth team. We’re in hyper-growth mode and you’ll be instrumental in our trajectory, supporting the mission-critical objective of identifying, engaging, assessing and closing the best talent long-term for Headway’s continued success.

You will:

  • Partner with hiring managers across our Sales leadership to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to close 
  • Collaborate with Sourcers & Coordinators, owning full-cycle recruiting and use data to make tactical decisions that improve the end-to-end search process 
  • Work with Sourcers and Hiring Managers to develop DEI sourcing strategy that aligns with our company objectives
  • Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects with our People Ops, HRBP and Total Rewards teams  

You will love this role if: 

  • You have 5+ years of cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled companies (either in-house or a combination of agency & in-house) 
  • You function as a business partner to Sales/GTM hiring managers, providing data and market intel to drive towards effective decisions together 
  • You understand the importance of an inclusive, structured hiring process that will reduce bias in Headway’s decision making
  • You’re strategic, data-driven thinker, who analyzes sourcing stats and pipeline pass-through rates to optimize the hiring process
  • You’re scrappy & creative thinker who will find out-of-the box ways to source top talent
  • You’re comfortable navigating through the inevitable ambiguity of a startup
  • You have relentless drive to improve efficiency for the team and all stakeholders
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary information is based on a single salary target per role and is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C)
    • Group A: $131,000
    • Group B: $117,900
    • Group C: $104,800
    • Examples of cities located in each Compensation Grouping:
      • Group A = NYC, SF/Bay Area, LA Area, Seattle, Boston, Austin, and San Diego
      • Group B = Chicago, Miami, Denver, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Nashville, Sacramento, Phoenix, and Portland
      • Group C = All remaining cities
