Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

This position exists to provide assistance to the Account Manager in managing one or more assigned account departments, i.e. men's or boys’. It provides support in every aspect necessary to achieve the Account Manager's goals, as well as the sales and productivity goals of our retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Walmart item creation, validation, and maintenance
• Weekly sales reporting
• KTB contract entry and maintenance – stores and .com
• Sample coordination for Walmart
• Seasonal sales presentation building and other sales collateral
• KTB merch ops information/communication
• Promotion and special demand order coordination with customer service
• Special pricing forms
• .com item creation, specs, imagery/copy maintenance
• Team meeting participation – assisting account managers

Experience

• 1-3 years of prior work in marketing, merchandising, sales planning can be considered

Skills

• Written Communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
