Dive head first into the world of distribution at SRS | Heritage with our Sales in Training Program. From day one, you’ll be making an impact. Our goal? To equip you with the skills and knowledge so that you can rise to the position of Territory Manager and unlock your limitless potential.
The Sales in Training Program is a program designed to develop future Sales leaders within SRS Distribution/Heritage. Through on-the-job training, mentorship, and corporate development initiatives, trainees build a strong foundation for a successful Sales career in the industry.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong work ethic.
-
Proven history of success in roles involving responsibility and accountability; experience in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service is valued.

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals.
-
Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Well-versed in computer skills, with strong capabilities in strategic thinking, organization, and time management.
SIT Program Requirements:
-
Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors. A degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, is preferred.

In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2 plus years of related sales or customer service work experience is required.

Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
SIT positions are available at our office-based branch locations in the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, California, Ohio, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, New Jersey, Indiana, Missouri, Washington, Nevada, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Oklahoma, Kansas, Oregon, Virginia, Utah, Georgia, Idaho, and Florida with additional locations to be released soon.
This position offers a standardized base pay of $25.50 per hour. SRS/Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary. For further information, please consult with our Talent Acquisition Partner or Hiring Leader.
