Salesforce Administrator

We are excited to welcome a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to our Business Systems Team, dedicated to bolstering our Salesforce platform. As a key member in this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the intake and delivery process of the Salesforce systems team, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders and CRM users across the entire business, you will drive innovation and enhance the platform's speed and functionality.

What you'll do  

• Sales System Enablement and Documentation
• Assist in maintaining and documenting backlog and change-management activities for the platform
• Create and maintain training and in app guidance materials for users
• Monitor User adoption and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Platform Customization and Maintenance
• Perform user and license management activities, including Roles, Permission sets, and group management
• Implement customization solutions, bug fixes, and features/enhancements to the platform to reduce backlog
• Assist in administration of integrated Sales Systems connected to Salesforce
• Support Reporting and Dashboarding needs across teams and business units
• Stakeholder management
• Perform user support by intaking tickets and gathering requirements for changes and improvements
• Communicate cross-functional stakeholders about project status and changes made to the platform

• Salesforce Admin Certification 
• 2-4 years of enterprise experience with Salesforce in an administrative or Business Analyst capacity
• Experience integrating SaaS applications with Salesforce
• Experience working with Salesforce Flow
• Experience leading/communicating with cross functional teams on varied projects
• Experience  defining detailed business/functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and use cases to solve for business problems

• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification is a plus
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is a plus
• Experience in a Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud environment preferred
• Experience with varied SaaS business tools such as Dialpad, Groove, and Looker
• Experience working for a HIPAA compliant healthcare business

Our Benefits 

The anticipated salary range for this role is $72,000- $95,000. This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and variable bonus plan.  Actual title and compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
