About This Job

This internship will provide you with the opportunity to work with the Commercial Banking Insight360 team. Insight360 is a robust CRM built on the Salesforce platform supporting the Commercial Line of Business. This position will monitor, manage, and investigate client reported issues with the goal to deliver quality solutions to our users. In this role you will serve as the initial point of contact for Salesforce users providing first level support.

Essential Functions

• Support Users: Research and resolve issues, questions, and requests by clarifying the user's inquiry, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
• Proactively address system-level or experience related issues providing documentation of the issue and recommended solutions.
• Keep accurate records and document customer support activities and discussions.
• Maintain best practices and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce. Work with sales teams across lines of business to resolve data issues to improve data integrity.
• This position will work with Sales, Implementation, Credit, and Account Management teams across the Commercial Banking Line of Business.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Mostly onsite

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• A creative thinker with abilities to problem-solve, communicate, and execute ideas and performance solutions

• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
• High level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience

• 2-3 years of college courses, with a major in business, finance, marketing, or a related field

• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
• Professional work experience preferred
