Salesforce and Integration Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator duty will help maintain and drive enhancements to our Salesforce.com platform. The candidate must have hands-on administration and configuration skills with the latest Salesforce.com releases, and the ability to manage first-level user support/training requests. Must have a service-oriented mindset and a passion for learning, working with, and evangelizing the Salesforce platform.

The Integration Administrator duty will help maintain, build, and drive enhancements on our Workato integration platform. Our integrations provide automation to scale our business and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead in implementing, designing, planning, configuration, and management of Salesforce projects across all business sales channels while facilitating the needs of internal customers and identifying, prioritizing, and escalating issues as required.
• Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to synchronize data between Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Optimize Snowflake performance and scalability to ensure efficient data processing and analytics capabilities.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud services to enhance data quality, enrichment, and segmentation within Salesforce.
• Implement data governance strategies to maintain data integrity and compliance standards across Salesforce and Snowflake environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights and initiatives using Data Cloud technologies.
• Build and manage custom layouts, workflows, reports, and personalized dashboards.
• Work with business representatives and analysts to understand requirements and create innovative solutions using Salesforce and Workato. Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and develop strong relationships with user groups to encourage system and process adoption.
• Maintain overall system configuration of Salesforce and Workato.
• Ensure data integrity within the Salesforce and Workato. Create and execute test plans and scenarios and troubleshoot issues noted during testing.
• Conduct research on best practices and industry trends. Monitor Salesforce’s and Workato’ s release changes and advise business partners on impact to production.
• Install and configure Salesforce packages. Work with their platform roadmap to determine how to apply enhancements to business challenges.
• Provide Salesforce user training.

Skills/Experience

• 4+ years' experience with operational support using Salesforce.com.
• 4+ years' experience in Salesforce Administration.
• 1+ years Creating/Updating/Testing Flows.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
• Workato Automation Pro I, II, III Certifications.
• Demonstrated expertise in Snowflake data modeling and ETL using Snowflake SQL.
• Experience with the following applications a plus; Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (fka Pardot), DocuSign CLM (fka SpringCM), 6Sense, ZoomInfo, & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong understanding of complex technology environments, tools, and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
