Salesforce Data Cloud Business Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud Business Solution Architect to oversee our global Salesforce Data Cloud implementation.
This role entails designing and implementing scalable solutions that synchronize with business objectives and enhance data management and user experience. The ideal candidate will have an extensive understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, adhere to best practices, and possess the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements
• Engage with stakeholders to capture and analyze requirements, translating these into technical specifications and architectural plans tailored for Salesforce Data Cloud
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to development teams, ensuring compliance with best practices and architectural standards specific to Salesforce Data Cloud
• Design and implement strategies for integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with other systems, ensuring data consistency and seamless interoperability
• Implement governance frameworks to ensure Salesforce Data Cloud solutions comply with industry standards and internal policies
• Assess and enhance the performance of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, recommending and implementing improvements where necessary
• Produce and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design diagrams, API specifications, and data integration workflows relevant to Salesforce Data Cloud

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture with a strong focus on Salesforce Data Cloud
• Salesforce Data Architect certifications are highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CDP, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components
• Familiarity with data integration tools and platforms, expertise in REST/SOAP web services
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, an analytical mindset, and the capability to devise strategic technology solutions concerning data
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as ADO is beneficial
• Prior experience working in a diverse, global environment with various teams and stakeholders is preferred
• Fluent English skills at a C1 level
