What you'll do:

Position title: SAP Concur iXp Intern - Business Strategy Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Expected start date: June 2024

Duration: Summer Internship (3 Months)

Schedule: 40 HR/week

*Note: Potential Part Time Extension into the school year (Sep - Nov 2024)*

The SAP Concur iXp Intern - Business Strategy Analyst will have the opportunity to lead a real-world summer project via the SAP Concur launch process and monitor actual results. Potential tasks may include:

  • Develop business models, analysis, and insights for products, services, and promotions
  • Determine opportunity sizing including total addressable market and customer profile
  • Provide analysis for solution health and develop recommendations to improve; present findings to key stakeholders
  • Support pricing and business optimization initiatives (e.g. value bundling)
  • Track competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer insights for business initiatives
  • Lead an end-to-end strategic initiative from inception to launch
  • Ad hoc business analysis

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Marketing, pricing, finance or data science experience; or equivalent school coursework or degree
  • Strong analytical, data, and/or financial modeling skills
  • Ability to present and engage with stakeholder teams and cross-functional groups
  • Pricing focus, data analytics, go-to-market launch, and process improvement
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; bonus if candidate has data science background
  • Strong team culture and collaboration, both in person and virtual
  • Growth mindset and self-driven

The Business Strategy & Performance CoE spans a number of geographies and responsibilities. We meet weekly (over MS Teams) to collaborate on projects, stay aligned across workstreams, and chat about things that are top of mind, work-related and otherwise (binge-worthy tv shows, concerts we're attending, talk trash about sports teams, share photos of pets/kids/memes, etc.) Above all we strive to create a Supportive atmosphere and learning environment .

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
