What you'll do

• Test and deploy innovative digital tools in the field to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Drive accelerated adoption of digital tools and ensure users quickly realize the benefits
• Analyze and synthesize complex information from various sources to derive clear takeaways and recommendations for the digital modalities team
• Utilize quantitative analysis and research methods to gather insights and suggest data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital modalities to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly presentations and dashboards to effectively present data and track key performance indicators
• Present findings and results compellingly and engagingly, effectively communicating the impact of digital modalities initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align technology initiatives with broader business strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute pilot programs for new tools and technologies, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

Duration: 6 months

Working hours: Full time (40 hrs./week)

PROFILE/EDUCATION/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to autonomously manage a specific task/workstream within the framework of a team project
• Proficiency in handling dynamic scenarios and meeting demanding timelines

• Strong quantitative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decision
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, leveraging advanced features to streamline processes and enhance productivity
