SAP S/4 HANA Architect

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Architect in IBM Consulting you’ll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You’ll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.

SAP solution architects serve as the conduit between businesses and technology. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to craft adaptable comprehensive suites appropriate for each client.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Being engaged in the Design Authority.
• Define the architectural guidelines-Standards and
• Validate the solution architecture adherence to the guidelines.
• Decide and / or assess the different technical scenarios throughout the duration of the project.
• Define and incorporate good practices in the software components of the solution.
• Validate and promote the general architecture of the solution.
• Validate and promote the implementation guidelines to be applied during construction and the tools to be used.
• Define solution to adhere to performance availability scalability and integrity.
• Prepare detailed design and definition of the functional interface for applications.
• Validate and certify the architecture and its alignment with the corporate definitions as well as ensuring the integrations required by the project.
• Direct and co-ordinate the project activities project resources and resolve issue leading to the successful execution of the Contract.
• Ensure that the deliverables are in accordance with the specifications stated in the Contract and completed on schedule.
• Ensuring workstream leads adhere to project standards and principles.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP-accredited certification.
• At least 8 years’ experience as SAP consultant.
• Current knowledge of SAP systems deployment and system integration.
• Strong commercial track record in the implementation of S/4HANA Logistics: MM PM SCM
• Experience of working on Integration with other modules.
• Experience with designing hybrid cloud integration scenario’s.
• Great collaboration interpersonal and communication skills.
• Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong mix of Functional & Technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in dealing with all levels of stakeholders.
• NATO country passport.
• NATO Security Clearance or possibility to get one.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English languages.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP SCM Certification
• Defense experience
