Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master with a passion for coaching our teams into becoming more efficient and even more self-organizing in times of change. We are looking for someone with a coaching mindset comfortable using powerful questions to challenge the team but also to support through a servant leadership.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as refinements, sprint planning, retrospectives.

• Coach and challenge the team with insightful questions to help them navigate and solve their own challenges.

• Passion for Agile ways of working and the value it brings

• Guiding the team through change, ensuring that everyone is aligned and engaged.

• Natural abilities to connect with people, listening and understanding the team´s need.
