Job Summary
RPA's Paid Search Team, is looking for a search coordinator, to learn and perform the best practices of setting up, launching and managing paid search campaigns for our respected client, La-Z-Boy. As a search coordinator, you will assist the team with the day-to-day management and support team members on various tasks, such as developing ad copy and implementing optimizations. This role is an entry level position, previous search marketing experience a plus.
What You’ll Be Working OnÂ
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance
- Utilize bid management tools, as well as, Google, Bing, and Yahoo paid search platforms to launch campaigns and implement optimization
- Develop keywords and ad copy
- Pulling reporting and analyzing data
- Billing and other admin responsibilitiesÂ
How You’ll Excel In Your RoleÂ
- Required Skills/Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with Excel and formulas/shortcuts Preferred Skills
- Interested or Comfortable with data analysis
- Collaborative and detail-oriented
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong communication including written, interpersonal, & presentations
Pay and Compensation
This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation.Â
The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 an hour, which is the equivalent to $36,400 gross pay a year.
Pay is not negotiable.
